My name is Brook Boone and I am from Columbia, South Carolina. In May of 2021 I graduated from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Art History.
I fell in love with Graphic Design as I enjoy seeing a project go from an initial thought to a completed product. During the ideation process, I tend to gravitate towards lists and an organized approach while I look for inspiration in my daily activities, friends/family, television/movies, photographs, and more. When working with a client I like to bring them along with me on the design adventure, finding ways they can personally connect to the work and ensuring they will be happy with the end solution.
I am fortunate to be able to have a variety of work experiences during my college and professional years. From being a part of a marketing department of an art museum, to being a print production assistant, graphic designer, and marketing coordinator, I have been able to learn new skills and grow my passion for design. During my schooling years I served as the South Carolina School of the Arts Print Production and Studio Manager at Anderson University as well.
When I am not designing or printing, I can be found behind the camera. Over the last few years, I found an additional hobby and passion in photography. As time goes by I am taking more and more photos and exploring different realms and genres. With these photos I am able to explore more editing aspects using Adobe Bridge, Photoshop and Lightroom.
